Who are we?
Red Star Marketing is an internet dental marketing company that acts as a general contractor by using an internet dental marketing plan to design and build your dental website and implement subsequent internet dental marketing to help your website be found and convert potential patients.
Owned and operated by Shawn and Karen Russell. Shawn is a graduate from UMKC Block School of Business. He worked in advertising at The Kansas City Star for 17 years, prior to running Red Star Marketing.
Karen, graduated from Kansas State University with a BA in Advertising. Her strong print background comes from her experience with The Wichita Eagle, Phoenix New Times, The Kansas City Star, SPACES and KC Magazines
The business started in 2006 to help companies with a variety of marketing issues. In the following years, they became certified Duct Tape Marketing Consultant, received the "Total Online Presence" badge and became certified inbound marketing partners with HubSpot.
Shawn has worked with dental practices since 2004 and has evolved to fill the growing demand for a dedicated dental internet marketing company.
Why the name "Red Star Marketing"?
The red star signifies revolution. Our world is going through a marketing revolution in the way it shops for services. The internet has made it possible for buyers to research information ahead of time and not rely on traditional advertising.
